Positive thinking is kind of  optimistic thought about any situation. Our thoughts are reflector of positive rays which make surroundings also positive.
Aura:
This is a kind of bunch of positive / negative rays which pull / push others people . If you have positive thinking then your aura will be red and white rays and it has the power to mesmerized others.
If the aura is negative then vice versa.
Adverse situation can be overcome by positive thinking. When there is no hope of optimism then only positive thinking can take us out from that adverse situation.
Positive thinking is not developed in one day but it is a habbit which takes time to take a shape. So keep practising  to inculcate this positive thinking in you and your near by environment.

  • Always make friendship with those people who have positive attitude .
  • Put a positivity poster in your  living room , study room .
  • Always read positivity stories of those persons who have done a positive change in society
  • Always watch positive and optimistic movies .
  • 10 minutes before going to sleep think good and positive about yourself because this way your unconscious mind take the command like computer and then present that in your real life.
  • Have full confidence even after so many unsuccessful result because this positivity virtue one day bring victory for you.
  • Donot be fearful and donot lose confidence even in worse to worse condition. 
  • Always chant " All is well , All is well ".

Constipation : Constipation is kind of situation when your digestive food is depositing in a large intestine and not going out from anus. This is called in medical term Constipation. Symptoms of constipation : Heaviness in stomach Dryness in digestive system of body Facial material not exit from anus. Giddiness  Laziness in body Not feeling well  Less of refreshnes in body Reasons of constipation : Not consuming fiber food.
