Constipation : Constipation is kind of situation when your digestive food is depositing in a large intestine and not going out from anus. This is called in medical term Constipation.
Symptoms of constipation :
- Heaviness in stomach
- Dryness in digestive system of body
- Facial material not exit from anus.
- Giddiness
- Laziness in body
- Not feeling well
- Less of refreshnes in body
- Not consuming fiber food.
- Less drinking of water or liquid
- Consume more junk and fried food.it causes acidic problem.
- Not doing physical exercise.
- Taking too much non digestive food.
- Avoiding yoga , hard work and physical work.
- Drink too much water
- Don't drink water after meal upto 2 hours.
- At night masage with sarso oil or pure ghee in your belly button. This is amnesia.
- In the early morning drink Luke water.
- Take too much fiber food like pulses, green vegetables,juices.
- Do exercise and yoga because this really play a vital role to cure constipation.
Take 50gm sonf , sarad leaf and make a powder in mixer grinder. One tea spoon with milk at night will surely cure the constipation.
