MEDITATION

Meditation is kind of yoga in which physical movement of body part is not done but stopped. A feeling of tranquility is felt just by sitting straight in leg folding posture.

Meditation is that situation when we just stop thinking vague thoughts and one by one thoughts in mind is minimised. Just think in mind that you are traveling in universe like air and going very near to highest spiritual power of universe.

PROCESS OF MEDITATION :


  • Just sit comfortably
  • Now shut your eyes
  • Yours hand should be in your lap
  • Back should be straight
  • Now just slow down your breathing
  • Just imagine about a devine red/white light in universe
         





MEDITATION TENURE: It depends upon the enjoyment you are getting from this posture.
May be it for 10 minutes to 3to4 hours long.
There is no fix time but minimum 10 minutes are required.
