Tips to reduce fat.

Dear friends
Now a days fat in body has become a common issue and most of the masses are facing this problem. This fat is nothing but grown the body

without control.This is unobserved in initial period but after some time you observe that now body growth has become out of control. Then you become worried and try to reduce this fat but you always loose heart by not getting desired results.I want to tell you that body fat increase is not in overnight but gradually it happens and the same case is here too. I means to say that now desolving of fat is also take time. So please have some patients and have strong belief in yours efforts.
 Why fat comes:

  • It comes by bad habits of eating. By eating without knowing about calories of food is the reason.
  • By eating oily , junked and fatty food. If there is too much oil and sweet in your food then to become fat chances are high.

  • Heavy dinner also the main cause to increase fat in body. Because after taking diner most of the people go to sleep and digestion of food not done properly.
  • Taking too much alchoalco things like beer , whisky.
  • Taking too much butter , pure ghee etc.
  • Avoidance of exercise.
Tips to reduce fat:

  • Do at least 20 minutes exercise daily.
  • Avoid as much possible oily , junk and fatty food.
  • Take chutny ( sour paste of vegitables)in food will reduce your fat.
  • Very light food in dinner.
  • Taking at least 10 liter water daily. But this water must not be too child.
  • Reduce the alcoholic beverages.
  • Taking green vegetables duch as ghiya, tori , karela , ladyfinger , pumpkin in your food.
  • Take milk because one glass of milk dont increase fat.
  • Take almonds in morning and almond should be wet ( soak in water for night).
  • Do meditation. This can be magic in reduce fat.
  • Take proper sleep.
  • Take proper season fruits.
Some handy tips:
  • In early morning mixture of luke warm water with lemon and honey drink.
  • Donot take fat reducing medicines because it can change your harmone rhythm.
  • Think always positive about your health.
  • Control on your food craving.
  • Walking 10000 steps in a month
